We aim to provide in support in

Specialist Equipment

We can either provide monetary support to families for specialised equipment, hold fundraising events to raise money or try and secure a donation of the equipment itself . Families often have to pay for essential equipment themselves and it can be very expensive, we aim to help reduce this cost as much as we can and improve their quality of life.

Helping Memories Last

We provide funding towards amazing experiences for anyone with life-limiting illnesses. It could be anything; theme parks, holidays, sports matches. However we can help to make amazing memories that will last. No request is too big or too small we may be able to cover the entirety of some requests or at least help to contribute towards others.

Counselling Support

We as a charity aim to help provide, where needed. Providing mental health support to individuals who are living with a terminal illness and also to their families in any way we can. The counselling itself will not be provided directly by the charity, instead we will provide the funding for a registered counsellor. The counsellor will be chosen with regards to the beneficiary, their location and their situation.

The Ebi Foundation Wish Request

We request detailed information, including wishes from other charities, to aid in wish allocation.

Alongside this form, we need an official support letter, dated within 3 months, from an authorized figure (e.g., GP, Consultant). It should confirm the applicant's illness and its severity.

Once received, your application goes to the Trustee's Committee for evaluation based on our criteria. We will contact all applicants within 14 days with our decision to fulfill the wish.

Rest assured, The Ebi Foundation values your privacy and may share data with third parties only with your consent. We may also request photos or interviews to share your story.

In addition to this completed application form, we also require a letter of support. This can be from a GP, Consultant or Senior Nurse Practitioner, Social Worker, Community Nurse, Health Visitor, Physiotherapist or similar support person holding a title of authority. The supporting letter must be on official headed paper and be dated within the last 3 months. We request the supporting letter provide confirmation of the illness/medical condition of the Wish request applicant, along with the severity of this condition/illness.
